These complaints are particularly significant due to the time-sensitive nature of urgent orders. Data indicates that most delays stem from misunderstandings about the 24-Hour Express Service itself.
- Definition of WellCircuits 24-Hour Express Service: The 24-Hour Express Service covers the time span from production start to production completion. Please note that the 24-hour period does not start from the time your payment is received.
- Payment Requirements: To ensure timely production, payment must be completed by 18:00 (GMT+8). Any payments made after this time will result in a one-day delay in production scheduling.
- Holiday Notifications: For major holidays, WellCircuits will announce schedule adjustments at least two weeks in advance. To avoid delays to your express order, please pay attention to announcements on our homepage and follow us on social media platforms for updates:
- After-Sale Warranty: If your express order is not completed on time, WellCircuits will provide a full refund, without any conditions.
