Letter of Apology for Delivery Delay Due to Power Outage at WellCircuits Factory on July 12
On the evening of July 12, a power failure occurred in the vicinity of one of our prototype factories due to urban infrastructure construction. This unexpected power outage lasted for 30 hours, causing delays in some of our customers’ prototype and express orders. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Our factory has now resumed normal operations. WellCircuits has established multiple production bases, and this unforeseen situation only impacted the lead time for a small portion of prototype orders. To meet the growing demand of our customers and avoid similar disruptions in the future, we are focusing on expanding our production bases.
