Esparagus Media Center is a range of three advanced audio devices based on the ESP32 microcontroller, designed to breathe new life into outdated stereo speaker systems with state-of-the-art internet streaming capabilities.
They offer an easy and fast upgrade, and since all three boards are powered by the ESP32, they consume minimal power when idle and can boot up in seconds.
The Esparagus Media Center boards come preloaded with firmware for Spotify Connect, Apple AirPlay, and Logitech Media Server, and they can also receive Bluetooth audio from local devices like smartphones. This allows the creation of multi-room audio systems, and since they feature open hardware and firmware, users can tailor them to their specific needs.
Three Powerful Audio Streamers
Esparagus Hi-Fi MediaLink can be integrated into stereo amplifiers to provide modern audio streaming capabilities for older equipment. Its high-quality digital-to-analog converter and line-level output ensure superior sound reproduction.
Loud Esparagus can drive speakers directly using a standard USB-C wall power adapter and is ideal for pairing with compact 3-watt speakers.
Louder Esparagus, designed for living rooms or dorm rooms, is a full-featured streaming hub with larger speakers. It delivers 20 watts per channel through an efficient Class D amplifier, providing robust sound performance. Additionally, it offers an Ethernet option for more stable connectivity compared to standard wireless connections. The Louder Esparagus is powered by a USB-C Power Delivery compliant power adapter.
