Generating Gerber Files

To create Gerber files for your PCB design, follow these steps:

• 1. Click on “File” in the menu bar.
• 2. Choose “Fabrication Outputs”.
• 3. Select “Gerber Files” from the options.

Once the Gerber Setup interface appears, navigate to the “Layers to Plot” page and click “Plot Layers” -> “Select Used” as indicated by the red boxes in the image.

Make sure to configure the options on the “Advanced” page as shown in the image below:

Click “Apply” and close the .Cam project file without saving.

Creating Drill Files

To generate drill files for your PCB, perform the following actions:

• 1. Access the menu bar and click on “File”.
• 2. Navigate to “Fabrication Outputs”.
• 3. Choose “NC Drill Files”.

Once the NC Drill Setup interface appears, configure the settings as shown and click “OK”.

Proceed by clicking “OK” on the “Import Drill Data” page with the default settings.

You can safely close the pop-up .Cam project file without saving once the process is complete.
