IT-170GRA2
The IT-170GRA2 is a high-Tg (175°C by DSC), halogen-free epoxy material with low mid-loss characteristics. It offers superior thermal reliability, low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE), and resistance to Corrosion-Accelerated Failure (CAF). This green material is designed for low-loss applications, specifically in server, storage, and switch systems.
