Due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in Shenzhen, Wellcircuits’ Shenzhen factories are temporarily suspended. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates based on local government announcements regarding the resumption of operations.
Despite this, all services are operating as usual. In parallel, we are actively reallocating resources to maintain a smooth and efficient production schedule at our factories in other regions. We will continue to ensure strict quality control throughout the production process to guarantee that the products you receive meet our high-quality standards.
According to the latest policy issued by the Shenzhen Government on March 13, 2022:
In an effort to mitigate the spread of the epidemic, only businesses that provide essential public services such as utilities (water, electricity, gas), communications, sanitation, and food (including supermarkets, meat, and vegetables) are permitted to continue operations. All other businesses, including those not critical to the basic functioning of the city, must suspend operations until further notice.
Only supermarkets, pharmacies, medical institutions, and restaurants (providing only delivery services) are allowed to remain open.
While our Shenzhen facilities are temporarily affected, our production bases in other regions are fully operational and continue to fulfill orders without disruption. Please note, however, that there may be a slight delay in lead times of 3 to 7 days due to ongoing resource reallocation.
