PCB Board Component Placement and Wiring Directions

Power and ground lines are like the aorta and veins of the human body, determining current flow and heat dissipation. Wide lines enhance current flow, while narrow lines increase resistance.

For power and ground lines, use wide copper foil on the soldering surface. Capacitors between power and ground lines help reduce issues. Surround critical components with ground wire copper foil to address electromagnetic interference.

When wiring the crystal oscillator, use ground wire copper foil for anti-interference. Thermal pads can prevent poor soldering due to rapid heat dissipation. Position the output part close to the power supply for analog circuit power supplies.

On multi-layer boards, route power to the inner layer strategically for optimal performance.
