The Process of Manufacturing PCB Boards

  • Print the circuit board: Use transfer paper to print the designed circuit board, ensuring the glossy side faces you. Print two circuit boards on one sheet of paper and select the desired one.
  • Cut the copper-clad laminate: Create the complete circuit diagram on a photosensitive board. Cut the laminate to match the circuit board size, keeping it as small as possible.
  • Pretreat the copper-clad laminate: Remove the oxide layer from the surface using fine sandpaper to achieve a shiny surface without stains.
  • Transfer the circuit board: Adhere the printed circuit board to the copper-clad laminate and place it in a heat transfer machine for secure adhesion.

The heat transfer machine should be preheated to 160-200 degrees Celsius. Caution is advised due to the elevated temperature.

Corrosion and Drilling Process

  • Corrosion of the circuit board: Use a reflow soldering machine to corrode the exposed copper, resulting in a fully processed circuit board.
  • Circuit board drilling: Drill holes in the circuit board to accommodate electronic components, ensuring firm placement and appropriate drill speed.
  • Circuit board pretreatment: Remove toner, clean the board, and apply rosin for curing with a hot air blower.

Soldering and PCB Splitters

After soldering electronic components, power on the board. Yusheng Electronics Co., Ltd. specializes in producing various splitters for PCBs, aluminum substrates, and LED components.

PCB Material and Standards

PCB splitters ensure precise cutting without damaging electronic components. Various copper-clad laminates are used in China, evolving alongside electronic technology advancements.

Main Standards for Substrate Materials

  • China’s substrate material standards include GB/T4721-47221992 and GB4723-4725-1992. The copper-clad laminate standard in China is based on the CNS standard, which originated from the Japanese JIS standard and was released in 1983.
  • International standards encompass a wide range of specifications, such as the Japanese JIS standards, American ASTM, NEMA, MIL, IPC, ANSI, UL standards, British BS standards, German DIN and VDE standards, French NFC and UTE standards, Canadian CSA standards, AS standards, FOCT standards from the former Soviet Union, and international IEC standards.
