In accordance with the designed shunt standard, wastewater flows into the storage tanks of each treatment system after being diverted in the production workshop. It is then lifted by the wastewater pumps of each treatment system to enter the respective treatment processes. The processing occurs in the functional pool of each system. (PCB Circuit Board Wastewater Treatment Process Principle)
(1) General Mixed Wastewater W1: This type of wastewater contains a large volume of water with a low CODCr concentration. It is mixed with small batches of acid-base wastewater and copper-containing wastewater before entering the integrated wastewater treatment system (1# system) for processing. The treatment process targets metal ions and a small amount of organic matter, following these steps: flocculation, sedimentation, sand filtration, and pH adjustment. Initially, ferrous sulfate is added for coagulation, followed by pH adjustment to around 10 to remove heavy metal ions (Cu2+) from the wastewater, forming hydroxides. The wastewater then enters the flocculation tank, where PAM flocculant is added for flocculation treatment. After this, the wastewater proceeds to the inclined plate sedimentation tank for the separation of sludge and water. The upper clear water overflows into the clear water tank and subsequently enters the sand filter via a pump for further filtration, reducing the suspended solids content in the effluent. The filtered wastewater is directed to the final pH adjustment tank and is discharged after adjusting the pH to between 6 and 9. (Principle of PCB Board Wastewater Treatment Process)
(2) High-Concentration Organic Wastewater W2: This wastewater has a high CODCr concentration. The pretreatment process involves acidification and precipitation. The treatment steps include adding an acidulant to adjust the pH to approximately 5, followed by the addition of polyferric chloride to condense oily organic matter into larger particles that can be separated from the liquid. An appropriate amount of polymer flocculant PAM is then added. The solid-liquid components are separated using pressure filtration, with the pressure filtrate being quantitatively added to the general organic wastewater pretreatment facility (2# system), where it is mixed with general organic wastewater for advanced treatment.
