1. Circuit board maintenance steps
2. Currently, the country has increasing demands for environmental protection and more stringent regulatory efforts. This poses both a challenge and an opportunity for PCB manufacturers.
3. If PCB manufacturers are committed to addressing environmental pollution, FPC flexible circuit board products can lead the market, providing manufacturers with further development opportunities.
4. The Internet era has disrupted traditional marketing models, aggregating resources more effectively and accelerating the development of FPC flexible circuit boards.
5. As development speeds up, PCB factories will face ongoing environmental challenges. However, with the Internet’s growth, environmental protection and informatization have also advanced significantly.
6. Environmental data centers and green electronic procurement are being increasingly integrated into actual production and operational processes.
7. In circuit board maintenance, encountering a DC power supply short-circuit fault can be particularly challenging for beginners, due to the complexity of troubleshooting numerous components.
8. Many beginners resort to trial and error, resulting in boards with numerous holes. Is there a more efficient method for quickly locating the fault?
9. Quick maintenance process: two steps
1. Lock the fault area. Isolate all circuits powered by VCC, locate the junction along the copper foil of the power supply, and then cut the junction with a knife. The goal is to divide the power supply circuit into two sections: the fault area and the non-fault area. Measure the resistance to ground separately; the side where the resistance is zero indicates the fault area. Continue to trace the branches along the copper foil, gradually narrowing the fault range until it is isolated to a small area.
2. Once the range is narrowed, inspect the related components. Integrated circuit chips, capacitors, and transistors are common culprits for short-circuit failures, so check them in descending order of size. For integrated chips, lift the power supply pin to isolate it from the circuit, then measure the resistance of VCC to ground. After identifying and addressing the issue, reconnect the previously cut copper foil.
