Introduction to PCB Wiring and Component Layout
Various methods such as drilling, winding, and wire crossovers are used to prevent cross circuits in printed circuits, while components can be installed vertically or horizontally with different hole spacing. The connection points of circuits at the same level should be close, and a hierarchical order must be followed for grounding arrangements to prevent interference and self-excitation. Strong current leads should be wide to reduce resistance and voltage drop, while high impedance wiring should be kept short to prevent instability.
