Automatic Power Off Circuit Design
An automatic power-off circuit has been designed to address voltage fluctuations. When the voltage drops below 9V, the output is disabled. It automatically restores the output once the voltage surpasses 9V.
Simulation and Testing
The software simulation function operates normally. However, during actual testing, a gradual increase in voltage from low to high levels resulted in a critical voltage issue. The MOS was unable to fully activate, with VGS only reaching -4V. The G-level voltage failed to drop to 0V, while VDS recorded -5V. By adjusting the voltage to around 12V, the MOS tube successfully achieved the switching function, ensuring normal output power supply.
Challenges Faced
Despite the successful switching function, the automatic recovery of the output function could not be realized due to the voltage fluctuations.
