Efficient PCB Testing Process with Flying Probe Test

Our PCB testing process combines an automatic optical alignment system with a traditional flying needle machine. By utilizing image-processing software and flying-pin-only cameras, we ensure that the flying probe test is not only efficient but also highly accurate.

Quality Assurance Through Electronic Testing

After the manufacturing process, each PCB produced by Wellcircuits undergoes a mandatory flying probe test for quality assurance. The layout is thoroughly analyzed based on the PCB design files to detect potential short circuits and interruptions. This step is crucial as only the electrical test can identify broken or incorrect conductors. Any defective circuit boards discovered during testing are either rejected or clearly marked for further review.

Importance of E-Testing for Every Production Batch

There is a common misconception that a previously error-free circuit board no longer requires E-testing. However, as each production batch of circuit boards is unique, it is essential to perform the E-test with every new batch to ensure quality and reliability.
